Privacy Policy — Alraed Restaurants (Captain)

“Alraed Restaurants” is a work tool for floor staff (captains/waiters) at restaurants that use the Alraed restaurant management system. The app connects only to the restaurant’s own Alraed server, on the restaurant’s network or at an address the restaurant configures.

Data we collect

We, the developer, do not collect any personal data, do not send any data to our own servers, and do not use analytics, advertising or tracking tools.

Data the app processes

• Login credentials (the restaurant system’s username and password): sent only to the restaurant’s server for authentication. The session token is stored in the device’s secure storage.
• Orders, tables and menu items: exchanged with the restaurant’s server to do the work. A temporary copy may be cached on the device.
• Settings (server address, language, theme, default printer): stored on the device only.

This data belongs to the restaurant and is managed on its server. The developer has no access to it.

Device permissions

• Local network: to connect to the restaurant’s server.
• Bluetooth: only to print receipts on a thermal printer.
• Notifications: to show alerts from the server (for example, order ready).

Third parties

We do not sell or share data with any third party. The app may download fonts from Google Fonts; no personal data is sent.

Children

The app is intended for restaurant staff and is not directed at children.

Data deletion

Deleting the app removes all data stored on the device. Accounts and order data are managed by the restaurant on its own server.
